Rates and Terms of Rental

Rental is from 4 pm on Saturday of arrival until 10 am the following Saturday.

All service charges are inclusive up to 500 l of water per day and 40 KWh of electricity per week. The wood for the woodburner is included in the rental price. An electrical back-up heater is also provided. In this category of holiday home, sheets are provided.

Deposit : 25% of total amount of rental

Bond : You will be expected to pay a guarantee of EUR 150 on arrival. The cheque will not be cashed and will be refunded a week after your departure and after the inventory of fittings and fixtures has been carried out . An inventory of fittings and fixtures will be drawn up on your arrival at the holiday home and a close inspection of the residence will be carried out both on your arrival and departure.

• A supplement of EUR 35 per week will be payable for each additional person and EUR 20 will be charged for the use of a child’s bed for children under 5 years old.

• The balance of the total rental price should be settled on arrival at the holiday home.

Cleaning : The housework should be undertaken by the renter. The holiday home should be left spotlessly clean. If you do not wish to undertake the cleaning yourself, you will be asked to pay a nominal charge of EUR 40.

• No animals are allowed in the holiday home. It is a non smoking residence. Please smoke outside.

• We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the local foodstores close at 5 pm on Saturdays and are closed on national holidays and Sundays in Alsace.

Please note : In the context of the holiday home and terrace lying directly on the riverbanks, we decline any responsibility in the case of accidents caused by your negligence.

- An active farm being in the proximity of the holiday home, farm vehicles and animals may be present nearby. Business activities related to the farm, such as the sale of fruit and guided boat tours, may give rise to the occasional presence of the public.
